Lillie Jewell (Simmons) Roach, age 83, of Smiths Grove, KY, formerly of Fountain Run passed away Monday evening, April 18, 2016 at the T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents, George & Mamie (Shockley) Simmons, sisters, Vernice Woodcock & Vera Pennington & brother, Herman Simmons.

Graveside service and Interment for Lillie Jewell (Simmons) Roach will be conducted Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the Wood Cemetery in Fountain Run, KY with Brother Ron Norrod officiating.

No Visitation at the funeral home.

Her survivors includes, husband, Carlos Wilson of Smiths Grove, KY., daughter, Rebecca Reynolds, son, Russell Roach both of Indianapolis, IN, sisters, Elnoria Wyatt of Glasgow & Louise Bush of Granville, TN & host of nieces, nephews & cousions .
