Minnie McIntyre Simpson Obituary
Minnie Lee (Chism) McInytre Simpson, 83, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Bluegrass Assisted Living in Elizabethtown, KY.
Minnie was born in Fountain Run, KY on April 23, 1938, a daughter of the late Sam and Lillie Mae (Perdue) Chism.
She was married to Willie Wayne McIntyre, who precedes her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Eadens, and husband, Robert, of Charlestown, IN; two sons, Chris McIntyre, and wife, Susan, of Bowling Green, KY, and Donald McIntyre of Scottsville, KY, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Other than her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters.
Graveside services and Interment will be held at Fountain Run Cemetery on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 12 Noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Minnie’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or The American Cancer Society.
