Billy Joe York, 75, of Fountain Run, KY, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at his home.

Funeral Services for Billy Joe York will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, May 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. from the Fountain Run Funeral Home with Peggy Light officiating; interment will follow in the Fountain Run Cemetery.

Visitation: Sunday, 5-8 P.M., Monday, 8:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M., and Tuesday, 8:00 A.M. until service time at 1 P.M.

His survivors includes, wife, Darlene (Russell) York of Fountain Run, KY., daughter, Revonda Capps (Larry) of Tompkinsville; sons, Bobby Joe York (Tina), and Brandon York (Brandy) both of Scottsville, KY, Brother, Henry York of Holland, Sisters, Shirley Coffee of Holland, and Ruby Light of Fountain Run, mother-in-law, Willie Mae Russell of Fountain Run, and five grandchildren, David, Jackson, Bentley, Waylon, and Landon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Lee and Maudie Lee (Turner) York, brothers, Roy Dale and Roger, sisters, Mattie York, Louise Belcher, and Sue Williams, and father-in-law, Bobby Russell.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Fountain Run Cemetery.
