Martha Sue Williams, age 77, of Fountain Run, KY died Sunday, February 19, 2017, at Signature Health Care in Glasgow, KY. She was a native of Allen County, KY, born June 14, 1939 daughter of the late Roy Lee and Maudie Lee (Turner) York. Other than her parents, her first husband, Herbert Williams, sons, Danny & Leroy Herbert Williams, brothers, Roger Dale & Roy Gene York & sisters, Louise Belcher & Mattie York preceded her in death. She was a Custodian for Monroe County Schools & of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Fountain Run Funeral Home, Brother Tim Eaton will officiate, burial followed in the Fountain Run Cemetery. Richard Belcher, Gary Simmons, Steven Hood, Darrell Medley, Bobby & Brandon York served as pallbearers. Her survivors include, husband, Denver Moore of Tompkinsville son, David Williams of Fountain Run, 2 brothers, Henry York of Holland, KY & Billy York & wife, Darlene of Fountain Run, 2 sisters, Shirley Coffee of Holland, KY & Ruby Light of Fountain Run, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild & several extended family & many friends.
